Thank you for your dedication to offering us all, in our diversity, a practice of rhythm, rest and renewal. I’m always taken with your creativity, your offering of options, your supportive approach, and your sense of humour. I inevitably come out of our practice feeling deep appreciation and gratitude for your presence in my life.

I'm enjoying your classes because they really feel like applied self-care. We are being given instruction and permission to soothe ourselves in this strange and groundless time. In a world where people are so hard on themselves, this is a wonderful remedy.

Gentle Mindful Practices draw on elements that
Gentle Mindful Practices help us turn toward the present moment, hold what we find with lightness, and let go what we're ready to let go.
- nurture us as whole beings,
- cultivate discernment and gratitude,
- provide practical skills for navigating our unique lives in community,
- and support us in meeting the uncertainty and challenges of our days consciously and with spontaneous joy!
Gentle Mindful Practices help us turn toward the present moment, hold what we find with lightness, and let go what we're ready to let go.
We do not use video during the classes (except for Susan!) and so I am free to create the experience I need in that moment. Liberating!

By the time we leave you, I feel really good and positive. I appreciate that you offer variations on many of the movements and encouragement to experiment to find what works best for us.

My experience has been extremely enjoyable and meaningful. I especially value Susan’s ability to instill in me a very deep awareness of my body, my presence, and my value to myself. Susan is a gifted communicator, and practice with her is so much more than physical!

I'm incredibly grateful to have found Susan and her movement practice. She allows me to be myself - we can joke, laugh AND relax. She continues to encourage and champion my recovery from a Mild Traumatic Brain Injury. My weekly practice with her has been instrumental in my rehab in so many ways.
